Registration Day: From July 3rd to September 15th, 2025

1. 1. U-14 Course: 6 to 14 years old (Born on or after January 1, 2011 ~ Born before December 31, 2019)
2. 2. U-20 Course : 15 to 20 years old (Born on or after January 1, 2005 ~ Born before December 31, 2010)
3. 3. OVER-21 course : 21 years old and older (Born on or before December 31, 2004)

*Minors must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter.

【Registration】

• Contestants must apply through GBWC official website. (This website)
• The online application period commences from July 3rd to September 15th, 2025
• Contestants must read and agree to the terms presented in the Terms and Conditions agreement.
• Please fill in all the required information in the form.
• Images of your entries (contestant application) are required for registration.
  Both the image submitted at the time of entry and the actual work will be considered for judging.

* Any fees accrued by your access method and connection to the website are your own responsibility.
* All incomplete, illegible, tardy, or duplicate applications, will be disqualified.
* A duplicate application will disqualify all applications by an individual.
* If you would like to update or correct your registered information, please contact GBWC office (GBWC_GLOBAL@bandai-hobby.net) directly.
* A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once you have completed your online application.
* If your work is judged to be against any rules or regulations of the contest, you will be disqualified without any prior notice.
* You can apply again during the application period.

【Exhibition of Works and Announcement of Results】

The exhibition of entries, judging, and results announcement ceremony will be held at the following event

• Event date: September 29th - October 12th, 2025, Bandai Spirits Hobby Exhibition & GBWC13th the Philippines
• Place: Robinsons Magnolia
  • Please bring your work to the venue on the October 4th & 5th of the event.
  • Works will be exhibited and judged at the venue.

    * The results will be announced on October 11th, 2025.
    * We will contact you by email at a later date with details about your participation on the day of the event.

  • The first place winners of each course will advance to the World Final.

    * Details of the World Final will be announced to the participants later.

  • Participants are required to present the following upon submission of actual entry:

    * Fully accomplished GBWC entry
    * GUNPLA model kit box/boxes of the entry with Ban Kee LTO sticker
    * Valid ID with date of birth

* The schedule may change without notice.

GBWC 13th PHILIPPINES TOURNAMENT

* Items are the same for each course.

• 1st place => Gold trophy, HGUC 1/144 RX-78-2 GUNDAM SMOKE BLACK CLEAR Ver. and Commemorative Crystal Plate
• 2nd place => Silver trophy, HGUC 1/144 RX-78-2 GUNDAM SMOKE BLACK CLEAR Ver. and Commemorative Crystal Plate
• 3rd place => Bronze trophy, HGUC 1/144 RX-78-2 GUNDAM SMOKE BLACK CLEAR Ver. and Commemorative Crystal Plate

All participants, except those who are disqualified, are eligible to obtain an official badge of the GUNPLA BUILDERS WORLD CUP 13th TOURNAMENT. (Gifts are available while stocks last.)

All other terms are in accordance with World Cup Regulation.
