      Title of your work, photo images, Gunpla model used, description and other information about your work.
      If you do not provide this personal information, we are not able to process your participation and the premium offering in the Campaign.
      We collect this personal information directly from you via our Campaign website.
   2. Lawful basis:
      1. delivering premiums to the participants and winners of the Campaign in GUNPLA BUILDERS WORLD CUP 12th TOURNAMENT on the grounds that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you. We will not use your data(such as name, residential and email address, pen name, or birth date), which can directly identify you when we examine your Gunpla work.;
      2. To show competition pictures and the winners’ work with their title and other information on various publication media managed by BANDAI SPIRITS group companies or third-parties, including events, websites, magazines, TV, etc., on the ground that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you; and
      3. gathering information about your use of this service for maintaining and improving service quality and detecting and preventing fraud against you on the ground that it is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest pursued.
   3. Period for which we store your personal data: we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
      • (If you are the winner,) to show or publish your work, usually 12 to 18 months after the Campaign;
      • to respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf;
      • to show that we treated you fairly;
      • to keep records required by law.
   4. Recipients we disclose your personal data to: our contractors that assist us in providing the website, and our group companies and/or third parties we use to help us provide you with premiums or to show or publish the winners’ work at events or on media (winners only). The Recipients are located in Japan, and your personal data is protected in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan.
2. To protect your privacy and security, integrity and availability of this website:
   1. Categories of your personal data we process: your browsing history on our website collected by web access logging, including your IP address, type and version of your web browser, web browser plugins, operating system and other information about your terminal device and technologies you use when accessing our website.
      We collect personal information directly from you via our Campaign website.
   2. Lawful basis: the processing is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interest, i.e. protecting your privacy and our website from fraudulent or unlawful access by monitoring web access traffic.
   3. Period for which we store your personal data: log data is deleted after we complete delivering all premiums.
   4. Recipients we disclose your personal data to: our contractors that assist us in monitoring web access traffic. The Recipients are located in Japan, and your personal data is protected in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan.
