Event Period
Registration Day: August 26st to November 30th, 2024.

Tournament Flow
- There are two separate courses available, Online and Offline courses.
Please see below for more information on each course. -
The 1st-3rd place winners from Offline(In-store) courses will be selected at each store.
In addition, winners of the Hobbytown contest will be selected from among the winners at the stores. Please check with your local HobbyTown store or SNS for details.*Some stores might not hold the offline contest.
- A grand final winner will then be selected from both courses to represent USA and compete in the GBWC12TH World Championship.
Courses
The same for both online and offline tournament.
- 1. U-20 Course: 16 to 20 years old (Born on or after January 1, 2004 ~ Born before December 31, 2008)
- 2. OVER-21 Course : 21 years old and older (Born on or before December 31, 2003)
*You will be disqualified if you are under the age for application.
Flow of the Tournament and Judging Method
【Registration】 The same for both online and offline tournament.
- Contestants must apply through GBWC official website. (This website)
- The online application period commences from August 26st to November 30th, 2024.
- Contestants must read and agree to the terms presented in the Terms and Conditions agreement.
- Please select on the form whether you would like to participate in the online or offline tournament.
- Please fill in all the required information in the form.
- Images of entry work (contestant application) are required for registration.
- Any fees accrued by your access method and connection to the website are your own responsibility.
- All incomplete, illegible, tardy, or duplicate applications, will be disqualified.
Please only apply for one course - Any duplicated application found, all entries submitted by an individual will be disqualified.
If you would like to update or correct your registered information, please contact GBWC office (GBWC_GLOBAL@bandai-hobby.net) directly. - A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once you have completed your online application.
- If entry work is judged to be against any rules or regulations of the contest, you will be disqualified without any prior notice. You can apply again during the application period.
Judging Method and Announcement of Results for Each Tournament
- Both the images submitted at the time of application and the actual work displayed at the event venue will be considered for judging for offline course.
- Offline course applicants will be required to display their work at the venue for judging. Works can be dropped off at each store where offline contest is held.nouncement ceremony will be held at the following event.
- Works will be exhibited and judged at each store for offline corse.
- A grand final winner will then be selected from both courses to represent USA and compete in the GBWC12TH World Championship.
[USA Finals]
- The winners of the USA Final will be chosen from both offline and online courses.
- The 1st place winner selected will advance to the World Championship.
- Details of the World Championship will be announced to the participants at a later date.
