• Contestants must read and agree to the terms presented in the Terms and Conditions agreement.
• Images of your entries (contestant application) are required for application.
  Please fill in all the required information in the form.
• Any fees accrued by your access method and connection to the website are your own responsibility.

*All incomplete, illegible, tardy, or duplicate applications, will be disqualified.
*A duplicate application will disqualify all applications by an individual.
*If you would like to update or correct your registered information, please contact GBWC office (GBWC_GLOBAL@bandai-hobby.net) directly.
*A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address shortly once you have completed your online application.

• Images of your entries submitted on the application will be judged.
• We will conduct an initial judging of all entries, and those that pass the judging will be posted on our website.
• Final judging will be conducted from the entries that pass the initial judging to determine the 1st to 3rd place winners in each course.
  Results will be announced on this website.
• The first place winners of each course will advance to the World Cup.
