Freedom Strikes

For my first ever diorama/custom Gunpla build, I decided to create a battle scene between the Freedom and the Mobile Ginn. For the Freedom I decided to stick with a color scheme that is similar to the original, but with more muted metallic colors and other color variation in places I thought were necessary. The Mobile Ginn however, I decided to change its colors completely and go with a brighter color scheme along with heavy battle damage and weathering. As my Mobile Ginn was already damaged, I used that as my inspiration for this whole project. The idea of having the Freedom leave the Mobile Ginn disabled was also an inspiration from Gundam Seed, specifically from Kira Yamato, as later in the show he actively avoids taking the lives of the enemy pilots.
