This diorama reimagines two Gundam kits as armored knights locked in a dramatic duel within a crumbling arena. Both mobile suits have been fully repainted with custom color schemes to evoke medieval armor, using layered shading, highlights, and metallic finishes to create depth and realism. Weathering techniques such as chipping, washes, and dry brushing were applied to simulate battle damage and long-term wear. Textile effects, including simulated cloth capes and banners, add further authenticity and motion to the scene. The White Knight wields a completely scratch-built shield, crafted from sheet plastic and sculpted for a heraldic look, featuring a hand-painted lion crest. The Dark Knight carries a long sword and customized shield, with darker, muted tones to contrast its rival, along with weathered armor plates suggesting countless battles fought. The battlefield is a hand-built ruined arena, designed to tell a story of a once-grand structure now reduced to rubble. The ground features realistic earth tones, scattered stonework, and broken columns, while textured terrain and debris create the impression of a historic dueling ground reclaimed by time. Cracks, scorch marks, and overgrowth bring the environment to life, providing a cinematic backdrop for the confrontation. The result is a dynamic fusion of mecha design and medieval fantasy, capturing a moment of high drama as two titanic knights clash in the fading glory of a fallen arena.
