I began with the MG Aerial Gundam as the foundation of the build, then incorporated parts from several other Gunpla kits, modifying and adapting them to create a unique silhouette. This project allowed me to combine older techniques I am comfortable with and new experiments. For the first time I used acrylic paint markers, alongside my established weathering processes. I chose a more restrained "less is more" approach compared with my usual heavy texture style, allowing specific areas of detail to stand out more clearly. The display base was treated with real rusting methods, creating an organic and unpredictable effect. This natural corrosion was contrasted with the painted and weathered model, highlighting both control and chaos. The result presents the Aerial Gundam as a relic surviving in a harsh and changing world.
