Fall of Torrington

I created a diorama heavily inspired by a scene from the Gundam Unicorn anime where the siege on Torrington base happened. Here I customised the MG Dom by giving it a custom backpack that was scratch built through combining various gunpla parts and plastic plates, I also repositioned the holsters for the Sturm Fausts to the back skirt armour and also mounted a fuel tank on it created using parts from the MG Full Armour Unicorn Gundam ver.ka. Lastly, it was repainted to have a desert colour scheme and given a weathering wash to make it appear old and weathered as it is almost a 20-year-old mobile suit during its appearance in the show.
For the Guncannon Detector I chipped a lot of its surface and recreated some damage parts using plastic rods of various thickness, the axe embedded in its head is also scratch built using plastic plates. It is then painted in its default colour scheme and was given a wash to appear damaged and broken, the oil stains at the damage areas on the chest were also recreated using brown weathering wash.
Lastly, the Torrington military base scene was recreated using a combination of foam and sandpaper, as it reflects the rough texture of concrete ground. It is then painted and given a wash to reflect the desert ground.
