Ghost and the Lily

Dikey

On the MG F91 2.0, I painted selected details on specific parts before sealing it with a matte topcoat, while for the 1.100 Berga Giros I extended the legs, torso, and arms to improve proportions. I added custom detailing, trimmed some parts for the diorama, then repainted and finished it with a matte topcoat as well.

For the base, I began with a wooden plinth covered in paper clay to form an asteroid like texture, primed it, and painted it. Several holes were drilled to insert brass rods for the space debris. The debris was built from layered materials. cut wood sheets, painted leftover runners, mesh, and pla-plates, all stacked to form complex structures and painted in debris colors. Some frame like debris was created from cut Gunpla runners, painted red and shaded with panel liner for depth. These were mounted on brass rods and arranged on the base.

I also crafted one large lily as a symbol from the film, using fiber plastic shaped with a heat gun and painted with acrylics. The filaments were made from plastic rods with runner tips and painted accordingly. The lily was placed at the center of the base among the debris. The entire base, including debris and lily, was finished with a matte topcoat for consistency with the Gunpla.

Both the F91 and Berga Giros were mounted on brass rods at a single point to elevate them, with the rods painted to blend with the debris. For effects, I bent the F91 beam saber and attached a saber effect, while the beam rifle was modified with a firing effect aimed at Berga Giros arm. On the Berga Giros, I created a hit effect using bright red paint and cotton, and positioned several funnels among the debris with added trail effects to show movement.

Finally, the lower frame of the base was painted white, and after assembling the F91, Berga Giros, debris, and lily, I applied a final matte topcoat over the entire work to unify the finish.
